PHASE 4: DELIVERY --> The first client interaction with site occurs in Beta testing, when the site or application is almost ready for prime time. Through a hidden URL or password protected portal, trial users from within the client's organization and independent testers will interact with the nearly finished product seeking to uncover any flaws, inconsistencies, or deviations. Based on user feedback, minor revisions may be deemed necessary.
