We may recommend conducting interviews and/or surveys or usability testing to make a through assessment. During the discovery phase we encourage our clients to appoint a dedicated internal champion to interface with the ikonetic interactiv team to insure seamless acquisition of relevant information. - In accessing your needs, we'll establish the project requirements, which will include creative and technical briefs and an outline of our strategy and approach to achieving your optimal solution.
